Program Philosophy 

RealSports Leadership Academy is a pre-college summer program that will give a student athlete a head start in preparation for college by enhancing academic excellence. The summer program will also include bi-weekly mentoring workshops and a series of activities designed to promote personal, cultural and social development. 

RealSports Leadership Academy will prepare student athletes with the knowledge, understanding and strategies necessary to be successful in college academics and sports. 

RealSports Leadership Academy will provide an excellent college learning environment, strong academic support, successful professional athletic role models and seminars with athletic administrators and coaches.
